Registering for KBtL

All registration packages include full access to the live event including all sessions on Zoom and social spaces on Gather. Extended access allows access to the recorded sessions after the event.

KBtL believes in financial accessibility and, as such, offers several price points for registration to enable the most attendees possible to attend:

All Inclusive Registration

This ticket includes full access to the live event and TWO weeks of Extended Access and earns you five tickets for our raffle.

All Inclusive Registration costs $US 120 or €120

Supporter Registration

This ticket includes full access to the live event. One week of Extended Access may be purchased as an add-on for $US 30 or €30.

Supporter Registration costs $US 100 or €100

General Admission Registration

This ticket includes full access to the live event. One week of Extended Access may be purchased as an add-on for $US 30 or €30.

General Admission Registration costs $US 80 or €80

Financial Aid is Available to those individuals who would benefit from participating in the event but cannot afford the General Admission price.

Registration Checklist

Am I at least 18 years of age?
If you are 17 but will be 18 before the date KBtL starts, please email registration@kinkbetweenthelines.com before purchasing a ticket.
Do I have my payment method handy?
KBtL tickets can be purchased using any major credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover), Apple Pay, Google Wallet, and regional payment providers
You can choose to pay for the event in US Dollars or in Euros. The rates are the same in each currency, so you don’t need to worry about currency conversions.
Is the person for whom I am registering present with me if it’s not for me?
Each registration is for ONE person. The person you are registering for must be present at the time of registration, because they have to agree to the terms and conditions of the event and have to personally assert that they are at least 18 years of age.
Do I have a Discord account?
A Discord account is required in order to register for KBtL. Each attendee must have their own Discord account. If you do not have a Discord account, you must set one up in order to register. For instructions on how to sign-up for Discord and how to join the KBtL server (which is required in order to participate in any part of KBtL) see our Guide to Attending, Participating, and Support page on the topic.

Registration Timeline

Registration is open from September 1st through November 7th. But, the earlier you register, the more you save!

An early bird discount (of $US 10 or €10) is offered if you register before October 1st.
A late registration fee (of $US 15 or €15) is added to your ticket cost if you register after November 3rd.

Extended Access add-ons are available when you purchase your ticket or they can be added-on later, anytime through November 11th.

Refunds

Refunds are available on a case-by-case basis. KBtL offers both Voucher Refunds (like a KBtL-only gift card) and Cash Refunds (your payment returned minus processing fees) where applicable. Please email registration@kinkbetweenthelines.com for more information or to request a refund.

Please note: Donations, including donating low-income, EA, and/or scholarship tickets, are non-refundable. Except in extraordinary circumstances, people with refunded tickets will generally not be allowed to attend the event. Their registrations will be cancelled. Refunds are only available up to 1 week before the convention, which is October 31^st, 2025.
