Join KBtL staff to learn more about the organization, ask questions about what it’s like to be on staff, and to discuss our active town hall topic of Demographics. Demographics are essential for KBtL and we curate our own unique demographics form. We use the info to get funding, reflect on where we need more or less representation, and keep ourselves accountable. But of course it has downsides: length of form, challenges of categorizing data, and other difficulties.
