Registration Information

Kink Between The Lines welcomes attendees from all parts of our global community to join us for a weekend of engaging conversations, informative workshops, and inspiring ideas!

The standard registration package includes access to all workshops, classes, social events, and our opening and closing ceremonies. You’ll also be able to chat with other attendees in class-specific Discord rooms to share resources, ideas, and extend your learning beyond the class times. Our many social events are conducted via Gather, and classes are available through Zoom - giving everyone multiple ways to learn and connect!

Want even more flexibility? Our Extended Access pass gives you the ability to “rewind” for most of our classes* and view them for up to two weeks after the event closes. This ensures that you can watch classes at a time that is convenient for you, or to re-watch classes that were particularly inspiring.

Please note, these tickets are specifically for individuals. If you are attending KBtL with a group, organization, or family, please be in touch with us via email at [email protected] and we will work with you to register all members of your group/organization/family and include applicable discounts.

Registration Costs

All registration packages offer the same level of access to three days of classes, workshops, social events, and more - including our private Discord server prior to and after the event! Enthusiast and Supporter level registration packages allow KBTL to offer more low-income and/or sponsored registration packages, and help us to better compensate our amazing educators for their time, talents, and labor. Additionally, Kink Between The Lines works to lower the barriers to access for attendees by offering reduced cost registration fees, as well as scholarships and the opportunity to volunteer in exchange for a registration package; details and information on how to apply are below.

Fees and taxes are not included in the listed prices because they vary by region and payment method.

Extended Access

Extended access can be added to any registration package; this gives you the ability to view most classes* for up to two weeks following the event.

* Some classes will not be recorded, based on presenter requests or additional privacy requirements. Classes that are available for Extended Access attendees will be designated on the class listing prior to the event.

Discounted Tickets

Kink Between The Lines works to reduce the barriers to access for attendees by offering reduced cost registration fees, as well as scholarships and the opportunity to volunteer (as few as four hours) in exchange for a registration package.

If you are experiencing financial hardship, are 18 years of age or older, and hold at least one marginalized identity, please apply for a reduced cost or scholarship registration package. Attendees receiving low income or scholarship tickets will also be eligible for Extended Access at a discounted rate.

If you would like to volunteer, please join here. Volunteers are eligible for a reduced admission fee if working less than 5 hours, and a fully compensated registration package for working 5 or more hours. Volunteers working 9 or more hours will also receive two weeks of Extended Access included, with our gratitude for their extra support!

Refunds

We offer Voucher Refunds (like a KBtL-only gift card) and Cash Refunds (your payment returned minus processing fees) in cases where you are unable to attend KBtL after purchasing a ticket. Please email [email protected] for more information.

Please note: Donations, including donating low-income, EA, and/or scholarship tickets, are non-refundable. Except in extraordinary circumstances, people with refunded tickets will generally not be allowed to attend the event. Their registrations will be cancelled. Refunds are only available up to 1 week before the convention, which is September 20^st, 2024.
