KBtL recognizes that at a conference that uplifts and prioritizes marginalized and diverse kinksters, it is inevitable that attendees may find themselves in overwhelming experiences of empowerment, exhaustion, and emotions. KBtL’s Marginalization Debriefs are the place for kinksters of marginalized identities to come together, with a CEC Staff member to debrief and discuss these topics and experiences. This is a judgement free zone, a place to connect, and with no requirement to disclose anything. Debriefing isn’t about damage control or making major changes to your own or others’ lives; it’s about processing, validating experiences, and working on a path to continue moving forward. Please note that for individualized issues or CEC concerns, you are always welcome to open a CEC ticket on Discord for a 1-1 conversation with a CEC staff member.
