Refunds

We offer Voucher Refunds (like a KBtL-only gift card) and Cash Refunds (your payment returned minus processing fees) in cases where you are unable to attend KBtL after purchasing a ticket. Please email [email protected] for more information.

Please note: Donations, including donating low-income, EA, and/or scholarship tickets, are non-refundable. Except in extraordinary circumstances, people with refunded tickets will generally not be allowed to attend the event. Their registrations will be cancelled. Refunds are only available up to 1 week before the convention.
